Hibiscus is known to be high in flavonoids and antioxidants such as Vitamin C and anthocyanins.

  • When adding as whole flowers, add at the cool down stage and mix to incorporate evenly. Avoid homogenisation to keep flowers from breaking
  • Hibiscus extracts can be made using water, water/alcohol or glycerine.
