Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
All bookings are subject to availability.
Amendments to Bookings
Changes to your booking can be made up to 48 hours before your scheduled time.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Studio Conditions
Please leave the studio in the condition you found it. This includes cleaning up after your session and ensuring all equipment is returned to its proper place.
Any damages or theft will be charged to the credit card on file.
Liability
Nood Mood Studio is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur on the premises.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Photography and Video
By using our studio, you consent to photos and videos being taken for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff.
