Wrapped by hand from ethically harvested White Sage.

Included: 2 x White Sage Sticks packaged in a calico drawstring bag. Approximate size is 10cm.

White Sage - Latin SALVIA, meaning healing or salvation. Burning dried White Sage gives off a fragrant aroma and is often used in rituals and religious ceremonies. White Sage has a cleansing energy to help dispel negative energy, relax the nerves and maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

Our White Sage Sticks are bundled by hand from ethically harvested White Sage.

How to use:

• Prioritise space and time to undertake this ritual. Light a candle and set an intention for the clearing.
• Light the sage stick at the very tips of the leaves and once ignited carefully blow out the flames to allow the leaves to smoulder.
• Using smooth movements, gently move the smoke around your space, body and objects, paying particular attention to corners. 
• Do not leave unattended. Always stay with your sage stick while it's smouldering. 
• After use you can run it under water to put it out and then let dry. 
• Store on a flame-proof dish away from wind.
