Also called “Queen Anne’s Lace”, this carrot seed essential oil is derived from the seeds of the flowering Daucus carota plant through steam distillation.
It is packed with skin-friendly properties such as carotene and vitamin A, making it ideal for skincare applications.
Carrot Seed Essential Oil has a thin to medium consistency and is golden yellow in colour. Do not confuse carrot seed oil with carrot oil. Carrot oil is simply a mixture of crushed carrot roots and carrier oil, and carrot seed essential oil is not.
