We highly recommend using a glass heat resistant beaker when creating your lotions, scrubs, butters and salves.  

150ml beakers are ideal for mixing in smaller amounts of ingredients, including xanthan gum and glyercrine to form pastes etc. They are easy to handle and make pouring simple. It also helps that you keep your food preparing utensils separate from your skincare making equipment. 

To clean, simply wipe out with a paper towel and put them in the dishwasher. 
We also recommend using isopropyl to wipe thoroughly before your next creation.
