Both a calming and nootropic organic tea, created to balance the heart (hawthorn), mind (tulsi, gotu kola and bacopa) and adrenals (ashwagandha and liquorice). I find it my go to tea after a long day, or during moments of stress, but it is a perfect and delicious potion for any time or season.
